EMN a Normandy family-owned group (turnover of €32m) completed its 12th external growth operation with the acquisition of AZUR. The company has specialized in the maintenance of communal areas of residential and office buildings for over 19 years. With this new transaction, EMN Group has a presence in Nantes and has reinforced its position with building management agents, on the heels of its recent acquisitions of La Colomb Nettoyage, Clean’Heure, Universal Services and Copronet.
